Gift cards are digital products delivered via email. If you would like a physical gift voucher, please visit us in salon. There are no refunds given for gift cards, please ensure that you understand the below terms before purchasing.

  • These gift cards are redeemable in-salon only at Permanent Jewellery Sydney, for the purchase of permanent jewellery services.
  • Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. 
  • If you are buying this as a gift, please enter the email address of the recipient at the checkout, as this is where your digital gift card will be automatically emailed to after purchase.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given in cash.
  • Gift card purchases are not eligible for discounts or promotions.
  • Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your pieces will stay on for as long as you'd like! If for some reason you would like to remove your jewellery, simply cut the chain and save it if you'd like me to re-weld it in the future.

Because your piece has no clasp and is measured to perfectly fit your wrist, ankle or neck, it should not break. However, if it does break, please save your chain and I'm happy to re-weld it for you at no cost.

If the chain is missing, a new chain will need to be purchased.

You sure can!! TSA does not ask you to remove fine jewellery, so you'll be able to take your permanent jewellery with you on all your adventures!

Your permanent jewellery should be removed before an MRI. Save your chain and I can re-weld it for you!

Those with pacemakers should not get permanent jewelry because of the welding process.

Allergies to solid gold, sterling silver, and gold fill are rare, but those with allergies should not get permanent jewelry.
