Orders

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been packaged or shipped out already, it can not be modified.

We are an online retailer, and therefore only accept orders via our website.

Delivery

We ship worldwide. Receive free shipping within Australia on orders over $199 

We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days. Please note that once shipped, we have no control over how long the item takes to arrive. To get your item(s) as soon as possible, choose express shipping at checkout. Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped. For common shipping times, please check the website of the shipping provider chosen at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please first check your tracking information for updates on potential delays. If there have been no updates to your tracking for over 3 business days, and your package is later than expected, please contact us immediately. We will need to launch an investigation with our courier service to deem your parcel as lost, which may take up to 10 business days. Once the parcel is confirmed lost, we will open a claim. Refunds or replacements can not be issued until the claim is approved, which can take up to 30 days.

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Sale and personal items are final sale. Please check our Return and Exchange Policy for full details.

If you have received any item that is not as described, contact us immediately to organise a replacement. Do not throw out the product, as we may require a return to be processed before we can send out a replacement.

Lash and Brow Lifting

Yes! All of our products are vegan friendly and cruelty-free. We pride ourselves in making the environment a better place without the harm of any animals.

No, if the solution is applied correctly then a keratin lash lift will actually help to nourish, repair and grow your lashes. 

In most cases, yes. Unless previously damaged by a past lift or badly applied extensions. In such cases you may need to use our home care serum and give your lashes a chance to rejuvenate before new treatment.
